My personal interest in wine blogging

You, guys, might wonder why I am having that love affair with wine. Well it all started when I was 15 years old, my mum always served wine with my aunty was here. Thus my cousins and I, so as to do the serve, we were drinking grape juice (Ceres) in those large wine glasses. After some years, I tasted the so-called wine, which I found very good.

After few years, I met with new friends; where wine itself was binding people together. When we share that glass of a well made and aged wine, this build a     bridge in friendship

and helps us discovering our soul, or much better, it open up the hearts to those around us. For my part, it is a potion to share, appreciate and experience. But like many good things, we have to be responsible and enjoy it with moderation.

I found out that people and wine make a perfect blend. For example, this perfect blend at a diner leads to good conversation, you even become friends with people you just met, the meal becomes more flavorful, the conversation get more animated and the evening become more memorable. This is what I want to share with you guys.

This flawless blend, which boosts exchange between great people, often burst as a tribute to cheese, bread and other great foods. All these complement up to the experiences. One way where I find happiness is buying a French wine and tasting it with someone else, where you are living in the moment and at the same time, sharing good memories.

However, by this time, I have never take any course on wine connoisseur, therefore I cannot say that I am a wine expert or can review wine as a connoisseur. But by now I am acting as an amateur where I am sharing every single experience I am having with wine.

Being a Mauritian, I believe that the Mauritian people have the right to know more about wine no need to look for a sommelier for them to know which is which.
